The building was constructed in the period between 1901 and 1903 as a family house, under the influence of architecture of Central European cities, in the style of romanticism. It is located at the crossroads of the streets Vase Pelagica and Kralja Alfonsa XIII. In 1993, it was placed under protection of Republic Institute for Protection of Cultural and Historic Heritage of the Republic of Srpska, and was valorized as a building having the monument value
In 2007, we carried out reconstruction and change of purpose of the structure and transformed the building into office space for reputable companies, therefore Raiffeisen bank, Intesa San Paolo bank and Comsar Energy RS have been situated in the building since then.
