In the October of 2012, completed was the construction of residential-business building of the floor schedule: Basement+Ground Floor+Garage+4 Floors+Set Back Floor in the street Prvog Krajiskog korpusa No. 35. The building is the first bay within residential-business complex which is currently under construction. It contains 3 office spaces on the ground floor and gallery, totally 9 two-room and three-room apartments on floors, and one four-room apartment at set back floor.
Only quality material and equipment of modern design were used during construction in order to create comfortable living and working environment to tenants and users. Top-class oak flooring and tiles were used in apartments, a well as stone in the stairs, granite tiling in business space, thermal insulation and steel facade, security door at the entrance to the apartments. The building is equipped with all the necessary hydro, thermal and electrical installations.
